The Plan of Action is a custom digital work product created from the specific details you provide about your account. Because of this, it is non-refundable once it has been generated and delivered to you.
If you have purchased but have not yet submitted your case details or triggered generation, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@protegoos.com.
We do not guarantee reinstatement or any specific outcome. The Plan of Action is a strategic document; Amazon's enforcement and reinstatement decisions are made solely by Amazon and are outside our control. Reinstatement is not a condition of this purchase.
Refund requests that fall outside this policy are reviewed case by case at our discretion.
